Green Coffee Beans
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund green coffee bean purchases for the following reasons.
- First, green coffee has a shelf life of a couple years and will not spoil between the time we ship and your receipt of the beans.
- Second, green coffee beans are very similar in appearance; therefore it is very difficult to know with certainty that the beans being returned are the same beans which were sent.
To ensure our customers satisfaction we follow strict labeling standards making sure that the beans do not get confused during the packaging process.
Merchandise
For a refund of the purchase price for merchandise you must submit a refund request within 30 days of receipt of the product.
