
Grown in the sub-tropical regions of Cerrado (State of Minas Gerais) and Mogiana (State of Sao Paulo) at an altitude of 3,800 ft. A combination of Typica and Bourbon varieties.
The medium sized beans roast nice and evenly and yields a pleasant nutty aroma. The taste is well balanced, with mild acidity, good body and a nice aftertaste. Look for hints of peanut butter and chocolate.
Makes great espresso, as a stand alone or the base for a blend.
