KENYA AA - AUCTION LOT 382

Kenya has been producing several auction lot coffees this past year with great quality and taste. A step up from the EP (European Process) coffees, the auction lots carry better mouth feel and a larger range of flavors.

Lot number 382 is a wonderful representation of a clean full bodied Kenyan. Full body, good acidity, and a very smooth finish.

A City+ roast will expose fine grapefruit like citrus flavors. Whereas a darker roast will mitigate the acidity and deepen the body.

Behmor users: 1/2 pound roast produced ~1/2 cup of Chaff.
**Use caution on large batch dark roasts**
