
Grown in the Mbinga district, Ruvuma region of Tanzania (South West corner). Recently rehabilitated pulperies in this region are responsible for the revitalization of the coffees grown here. The pulperies continue to reward the farmers with prevailing prices and bonuses in exchange for their devotion to maintaining high standards in both the growing and harvesting of their coffees.
The coffee is wet-processed and hand sorted. This coffee has moderate acidity and great body with mild citrusy notes. A clean and smooth aftertaste further accentuate this fine coffee.
A city roast really brings out the complexity, while a darker roast, Full City+, develops the body.
