
Yemen coffees are some of the oldest most well respected coffees available. The coffee is grown on terraces throughout the region and is naturally dry-processed on the roof tops of the farmers. The name Mocca (Mokha, Moka) is derived from a shipping port in Yemen and not just because of chocolate flavors n the cup.
Though some chocolate hints may be found, this coffee boosts clean fruity flavors and a nice caramel flavor upon cooling.
